All beats and music available on this Website are the intellectual property of Raw Felony and/or its collaborators. Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive (unless otherwise stated), non-transferable right to use the beat as defined by the specific license type purchased.
Raw Felony warrants that it holds the necessary rights to license all beats available on the platform, including beats produced in collaboration with third parties.
License types and their terms are defined at the time of purchase and include, but are not limited to: MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, WAV Trackouts, Unlimited Use, and Exclusive Rights. Each license includes specific usage limits, credit requirements, and distribution rights as described on the Website.
Upon purchase of an Exclusive Rights license, the beat will be removed from the Website and no further licenses for that beat will be sold.
Unless otherwise specified in your license agreement, all use of licensed beats requires proper credit to Raw Felony as defined in your specific license terms.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Raw Felony to charge the specified amount to your payment method.
Raw Felony reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds will be issued after a license has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at info@rawfelony.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue.
Upon successful payment, the licensed files will be made available for download through your account on the Website. It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files. Raw Felony is not responsible for files that are lost after download.
The Website and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Raw Felony does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raw Felony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or any purchased license.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
